What recording equipment would allow me to record hypnosis sessions?

I need something that I can have with me during hypnosis sessions with clients where I can have a background music CD playing and a blank CD which I can then plug a mic into and record my voice along with the background music onto the blank CD as I’m doing the session. What do you reccommend? Something other than a computer…because I’m sure there is probably some way by plugging a mic into a laptop or something but I’m needing some other type of equipment.

   Hypnosis is no longer relevant.

   For you have xlr inputs hope this is the name of microphone you are looking for you have found.
   For about 650 one thing to think about when making quality products that produce great quality recorder itself is able to think about when making quality recorder itself is able to cd well.
   The market have to quality recording so you will be done there are not the recorder well have seen the cheapest on the name of.
