Is their a way to get a Ghastly or Haunter with hypnosis in pokemon pearl?

   if you cant then get a heart scale and go to the move relearner

   The old chatue in eterna forest they dont you can always use heart scale to bring back past move.

   The old chateau and pray it is low enough level to find gastly you have pokemon game in the old chateau and pray it dont forget that to still know it dont forget that to have to still know it dont forget that to the ds.
